The museum does not have private parking, but there is a designated space for vehicles with a permit in the nearby Piazza Italia. The museum structure is spread over 3 levels, connected by an elevator with a door width of 87cm and a cabin size of 95x130cm. There are also two rooms on the ground floor, connected by an external path with an inclined ramp. The restrooms are located on the first floor and there are two accessible bathrooms with the possibility of lateral approach to the toilet (with a fixed grab bar on the wall side) and frontal approach to the suspended sink. As of the date of the inspection, the museum does not have tools to facilitate the enjoyment of the content (such as audio guides, audio descriptions, videos in LIS, etc.).
