The hotel is located along the coastal road leading to Trieste, about 1 km from the Miramare Castle. From the road, the hotel parking is accessed by following a downhill ramp about 50 meters long, which slopes according to the terrain's morphology. The parking is protected at the entrance and exit by barriers. From the parking lot, there is a slightly downhill path - except for the first section, where it exceeds 5% - leading to the reception, characterized by an automatic door and a level entrance. In front of the entrance, there are three areas (bar terraces, restaurant, and events) with tables and chairs, protected by umbrellas and with a view of the sea. Next to the reception, there are two areas where one can work or relax: a small lounge and a bar area, open for refreshments only during events. On this floor, there are also two restaurant/breakfast rooms, one larger and one smaller, where food is available for people with specific needs. There are ramps and two elevator cores that allow access to the different levels of the building. On the lower floor, there is the Spa, characterized by various environments (Turkish bath, aroma and chromotherapy, showers, indoor and outdoor solarium, etc.) all accessible due to the absence of level changes and doors of adequate width, and a conference room with an accessible speaker's stage, which can also be used as a ballroom/disco when needed. On the upper floors, there are four accessible accommodations: rooms 304 and 308 are double rooms, while 406 and 506 are deluxe double rooms, with more generous dimensions. All have adequately sized bathrooms, characterized by the presence of vertical grab bars on one side. All four rooms have balconies, but only those of the deluxe double rooms are fully accessible; the others have a small level change at the window frame and a useful passage for access of 60 cm, due to the obstacle represented by the bed and the door leaf that has a blocked opening at 90°. Accessible restrooms are also available in the Spa area and next to the reception. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the staff is trained in the use of the defibrillator. The parking and the outdoor terraces designated for events and dining can also be used temporarily by external users who benefit from the hotel's services not as guests.
